Refund Policy — Credit and Debit Card Payments
Morgan Property Law is now accepting payment by credit and debit card.
If an overpayment or duplicate payment via credit or debit card comes to our attention, we will make every effort to process the refund according to the same payment method originally used.
If it is not possible to issue the refund by the same means, a cheque will be issued to the person or entity who made the payment.
All refunds will be processed within 30 days of confirmation of the overpayment or duplicate payment.
